Song Writing 101

Last night, Rich Whiting and I had the pleasure of being guest lecturers in JJ Worthen's song writer's workshop at River Pointe Church in Richmond, Texas. Ignacio Gonzalez was one of the participants and he wrote a cool blog entry on the evening's proceedings.

Rich and I had a blast, and I learned something in the process (like, I was probably the least skilled song writer of the bunch). Check out the the blog here.

By the way, this is a bust of the Epic Poet, Homer. He was one of the topics of discussion at the workshop. Weighty!
